Play'n GO, the first company to obtain a provider license from the Greek Gaming Commission
Online casino games manufacturer Play'n GO has obtained a license from the Greek gambling regulators that allows it to continue to offer its products in the local market under the recently adopted measures of the Greek gambling regulations. The country has begun to grant new provider licenses to interested companies, which will have to provide online casino services in the locally regulated iGaming space. Play'n GO is not the only licensed provider in Greece, Stockholm-listed operator Betsson received online gaming and sports betting licenses from the Hellenic Gaming Commission to launch its flagship brand in the country.
This license will allow the provider to launch its content on the newly regulated iGaming market by offering popular titles such as The Green Knight, Rich Wilde & The Amulet of the Dead and Hammerfall.
Following the new gaming regulations, all online slots have a maximum bet of € 2 per spin, a minimum average spin time of three seconds and a maximum game win of € 70,000 per round.
New normative clarity welcomed
